Can I ask a small favor? ๐Ÿ’›

Hi Reader,

Can I ask a small favor?

Over the past several years, Front Range Fed has grown from something I worked on during nap times and evenings into a community of people who simply love making good food for the people they care about.

When I moved to Colorado in 2013, I never imagined I'd one day be sharing recipes inspired by our incredible local farms and markets with readers all over the country. What started as a creative outlet has become so much more than a recipe website. It's become a place where we can gather around simple, seasonal meals and hopefully make life just a little easier, one recipe at a time.

Whether you've been here since the beginning or only found me recently, I can't tell you how much I appreciate that you've invited my recipes into your kitchen. Every comment, every email, every photo you share, and every time you make one of my recipes means more than you probably realize.

Lately, the way people discover recipes online has been changing quickly.

With AI search, Google updates, and new ways of finding information, many independent recipe creators like me are finding it harder to reach the readers who are actually looking for their recipes. I may not have a huge company behind me, but I care deeply about creating recipes that are thoroughly tested, approachable, and worthy of your time.

The good news is that Google recently introduced a feature that lets you choose the websites you trust most.

If my recipes have earned a spot in your kitchen, would you consider adding Front Range Fed as one of your preferred sources?

It takes less than a minute, and it helps Google know you'd like to continue seeing Front Range Fed whenever you're searching for recipe inspiration.

After clicking the link, simply check the box next to Front Range Fed.

That's it.

You won't receive any additional emails or notifications. It simply tells Google that Front Range Fed is one of the recipe sites you'd like to keep seeing.

I know there are thousands of food websites out there. The fact that you've chosen to spend a little of your time here is something I'll never take for granted.

Thank you for supporting a small business, for encouraging me along the way, and for allowing me to keep doing something I truly love.

Happy Cooking,

Sarah

Hi! I'm Sarah, the creator behind Front Range Fed. I love to make easy, delicious, and (mostly) healthy meals for my family and friends. I live in sunny Colorado and like to incorporate local, fresh foods as often as I can.

Hi Reader, Folks, I don't know where you're reading this from, but if you're anything like me, you're probably melting. I'm visiting my mom in central Illinois this week and man, is it HOT! Before it gets too warm, Maya (my pup!) and I have been sneaking out for early morning walks down this quiet farm road... The corn is taller than I am, the cicadas are deafening, and by 10 a.m. I'm already looking for shade. The road along my Mom's house where Maya and I take our morning stroll. See her...

tomato, mozzarella, and pesto pasta salad

Hi Reader, Looking for the easiest, no-fuss potluck dish? This is it! I've made this 4-Ingredient Pasta Salad more times than I can count this summer for BBQs and neighborhood hangs, and it's made quite a regular appearance on our dinner table too, alongside a rotisserie chicken, when nights are hectic. It's fast, easy, holds up for several days in the fridge, and tastes best cold. And it can be yours, too, with just a packet of pasta, some small mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and a jar...

fried chicken sandwich

Hi Reader, If you already have your 4th of July menu planned, prepped, and labeled in the fridge... this email isn't for you. (Also, teach me your ways.) For the rest of us: it's Friday, the cookout is tomorrow, and the good news is that "easy" and "crowd-pleasing" can be one and the same thing. Everything below comes together fast, and most of it happens in the air fryer or Instant Pot โ€” so your kitchen stays cool while summer does its 95-and-sunny thing. Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwiches...
